What AV equipment does a meeting room need?
Most rooms need a display, a camera, microphones and speakers, a way to share content, and simple controls. The right mix depends on room size and the platform you use.

How much does it cost to equip a meeting room?
It varies with room size and requirements. A small huddle room costs much less than a boardroom with multiple cameras and microphones. We provide a clear quote after a consultation. Pricing will vary from under £1000 to more than £100,000 for fully loaded Town Hall or Lecture Theatre spaces

Can you upgrade an existing meeting room?
Yes. We can add or replace individual elements, such as a camera or audio, or redesign the whole room.

Do you install meeting room technology in Glasgow, Edinburgh and North of England?
Yes. We install across Scotland and North of England from our Paisley base.

Can you support the room after installation?
Yes. Remote and on-site support can be taylored to suit your needs. We also have trainers to teach users how to get the best out of the equipment. The trainers can also train your internal training and IT support staff.
