The Client:
One of Scotland’s leading law firms with its headquarters based in Glasgow and various offices throughout Scotland. The firm offers legal advice to private and public sector clients both in the UK and internationally.

The Brief:
The client was looking for a refresh of its conference rooms, reception areas and meeting spaces from both a functional and aesthetic perspective. There was a clear objective which was to be best able to use their main meeting spaces with new and technology and create a premium, professional experience. This included video conferencing and the ability to manage the technology remotely.

The Solution:
Hi Audio Visual worked with the client to put in place a proposal that would allow staff and visitors an enhanced experience via LED screens as they entered and utilised the meeting spaces. The rooms were controlled by custom written programmes to allow simple and intuitive control of all room functions. It was also critical that a fit for purpose maintenance agreement was put in place to ensure smooth operation of equipment over a period of time.
